Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship free within the USA.We’ll share tracking details once your order is on the way.
If something isn’t quite right, contact us within 7–10 business days to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Each rug has its own story. Many of our vintage and antique pieces carry signs of age and craftsmanship—details we believe add to their charm. We do our best to note and photograph any wear or irregularities, and we’re always happy to answer questions before you purchase.
